No, I don’t mean you should just stay home, but you might consider this cool security bot that will let you check on your house from the convenience of your beach chair.
The Rovio would be cool enough knowing that it has NorthStar navigation which allows it to wander throughout your house, avoiding obstacles along the way. The icing on the cake, however, is that is uses a WiFi connection that allows you to view the video feed from anywhere in the world. This is one robot that I would gladly have wandering about my house. You’ll be able to pick one up sometime in the fall of this year for $299.
