Korean-based electronics giant Samsung has unveiled the successor of the popular mobile phone - Soul. Known as Soulb, the latest candy-bar version handset rests in a stylish metallic body with a hairline pattern.
Weighing just 9.9mm thin, the elegant Soulb mobile phone comes bundled with a 2-inch QVGA display, 3.0-megapixel camera with Power LED, full-speed Internet browser, Bluetooth 2.0, a music player, FM radio with RDS and 1GB of internal memory with support for microSD slot.
Moreover, it also includes office document viewer and editor, video editor and recorder.
“Soulb is an important stepping stone for Samsung. Soulb proves the world that Samsung is not only a predominant leader in selective form factors, but that it continuously seeks after becoming the leader in all variety of form factors, including slider, clamshell and bar,” mentioned Geesung Choi, President of Samsung’s Telecom Business.
The phone comes in various color options such as Soul Grey, Platinum Silver, Metallic Black, Soul Pink and Amethyst Violet.
Samsung’s Soulb handset will first hit the German market by June, followed by other regions that include Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia (China), Southwest Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America. Price is kept unannounced.
