In the midst of all the new and much smaller laptops the much talked about MSI Wind is finally all set to hit the markets of America.
The MSI Wind features 1GB RAM and an 80 GB hard drive. It supports 802.11b/g WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. It also provides 3 USB ports and a 4-in-1 multi card.
The MSI Wind also features a VGA output, 3-cell battery that claims 3-4 hours of life, 1024 x 600 resolution panel, a dedicated button to activate TurboDrive and overclock the CPU by 20%.
The MSI Wind is said to be available in Windows XP as well as SUSE Linux. The XP version is priced at £329. The Linux model is definitely cheaper than this one.
