LG comes up with two new stretched displays – the 38-inch M3800S-BN and 29 inch M2900S-BN. Sounds big enough!
The M3800S-BN has a resolution of 1366 x 398 while M2900S-BN has a resolution of 1366 x 480. Definitely not of much use for homes, unless you live in some palace! But it sounds good enough for shopping malls, airports and railway stations.
Its key features are the improvement in power, contrast, volume control and brightness. It also features a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 9ms response time and provides digital and analog video inputs.
Apart from the stretched screens, we don’t find anything exciting about these displays. This stretched display is available in the UK. The price has not been revealed yet.
