Ceiva introduces two new digital picture frames that allow easy sharing of photos with friends and family. These interactive frames feature PicturePlan which is a subscription service that allows images to be delivered automatically to the CEIVAlife and CEIVAshare frames.
These frames are almost similar except that the CEIVAlife uses a phone line or Wi-Fi to connect while CEIVAshare uses only a phone line. With the PicturePlan service, subscribers can invite their friends and family to send photos online or directly from a camera phone to the frame.
The PicturePlan service comes with a one-year plan that is priced at $99.95 while the 3-year one costs $249.95. Ceiva includes a lifetime warranty with the PicturePlan service.
CEIVA will be launching its 8-inch digiframes later this month. CEIVAlife frame features a 640 x 480 resolution display, a multi card reader, WiFi / phone / optional Ethernet connectivity and an optional PicturePlan service. It is priced at $159.99 (approx Rs. 7,783).
The WiFi-ready CEIVAshare frame features 800 x 600 resolution LCD, built-in card reader and an image enhancement software. It is priced at $129.99 (approx Rs. 6,324).
